immigrants

1.What motivates immigrants to come to the United States (today)? Consider what they lose and what they can gain in your argument.
i think that the reason is because they think we have a better economy. we have better jobs that we could give them. they don't half to pay taxes hear. so i think that is the reason that they have come hear today and ever since .

2. Thousands of Europeans chose to move to the British colonies. Some for economic reasons and some for freedoms. If you decided to immigrate somewhere, would you move for economic reasons or for freedom?
i think i would move for economic reasons. because are economy is so bad right now! nothing is going good for our country and i think the economy is the main thing that helps us out with money and all the stuff we have. we need to work on getting it back together soon. because i wouldn't want to move somewhere else

Please give each post an original title.

All people in the country have to pay some sort of taxes. Undocumented immigrants do not pay certain taxes because they are trying to stay out of the system, but all people in this country pay taxes of some kind. I see your points in your second response.

Good ideas in these responses, but you need to edit your work before publishing. Small things like capitalization and spelling are easy to catch, but if not done will cost you points. Please make corrections for maximum points. As is 16/20 points.
